Thrive Lights is a self-assessment tool that helps individuals and families identify where they are strong and where additional support is needed. More than a survey, it serves as a roadmap for thriving, highlighting challenges in areas such as housing, childcare, transportation, and finances.

Getting Ahead graduates may opt to walk with an Empowerment Navigator as they map out their future story. HopeNet’s Empowerment Navigators walk alongside individuals as they move from surviving to thriving. These trained volunteers don’t lead the way—they empower others to drive their own journey toward stability.
Navigators help individuals build resources, set goals, and connect with community supports that remove barriers and create lasting change. Through consistent encouragement, accountability, and care, Navigators model hope, dignity, and resilience.
Training and ongoing support equip Navigators to listen well, ask powerful questions, and guide others with empathy and respect. Together, we build a stronger, healthier Wichita—one relationship at a time.
