As a Wichita native, Shaun is grateful for the opportunity to serve the community where she grew up. She and her husband, David, have been married for 28 years. During their 20 years in Dallas, Texas, they raised their children, planted churches, and served in ministry focused on equipping and supporting under-resourced communities. In 2019, they felt called back home to Kansas, and in 2020, they planted Mosaic Life Church, where they continue to pastor and serve. Throughout the year, Shaun also speaks at churches, workshops, women’s retreats, and international events.
Shaun is honored to be part of the work of poverty reduction and community transformation. After attending her first Getting Ahead graduation, she was deeply moved by the stories of the graduates and the hope they carried for their futures and the futures of their children. Joining HopeNet and leading the BridgesICT program closely aligns with her passion for generational change, restoring hope, and creating opportunities for individuals and families to thrive. She believes every person deserves dignity, opportunity, and hope, and she is grateful to combine faith, leadership, and community impact in the work she does.
In her free time, Shaun enjoys traveling, writing, and gardening, but one of her greatest joys is spending time with her family and hearing their laughter around the table.
