Cerae is our Staying Ahead Lead for HopeNet’s BridgesICT intiative. Cerae has a background in Community Psychology with a focus on Human Factors, and she is currently pursuing a master’s in educational psychology. She is a proud mom whose passion for community impact and resource-building led her to connect with HopeNet through our shared vision of empowering individuals and families toward long-term stability.
